Working with Dawn Albert of Courage to Answer  was an absolute joy. I always consider photoshoots to be a collaborative effort and especially with business branding photos or headshots there is a lot of pre-thought that goes into the photo shoot. From outfits, to location, to colors, we talked a lot about what would feel authentic to Dawn and her business. She spent the weeks leading up to the shoot finding outfits that she felt great in and went along with her business colors and modern aesthetic. We shot at a few locations around Portland including some random walls in an industrial area and we ended the shoot just as the sun was going down at Peninsula Park in North Portland.
